CAPTIVE EMOTIONS

The body is a miraculous thing and once you understand the clues it possesses you can start to find solutions.

To think the mind is a separate entity to the physical body is a mad notion, yet it is something that is so often overlooked or not even taken into account.
Every thought we have has an influence to the particles within. We are not born with anxieties and fears (apart from the fear of falling and the fear of loud noise) so they are ‘learned’ behaviors, hard-wired from experiences or individual perceptions.

One of my many sayings is ‘hand over what you can’t control’ procrastinating and focusing on negative thought and feelings literally hurts you and only you. Your mind and body are being held captive by the emotions you are feeling.Virtual Intellect

There are many alternative treatments, therapies, supplements and programs that claim to heal but I have to say that if you are not receptive to change the thought patterns and the way you perceive things then all of the above will never work. The clients who I regard as ‘blockers’ not only in the sense of being very defensive or negative but also individuals that may go through all the motions of relaxation or healing but they are never ‘receiving’ it because they are not opening themselves fully to what they need to address first, simply letting go of things they are unable to control.
Holding on to the anxiety and fear linked with past emotional traumas or irrational fears will keep your analytic mind captive, which in turn affects the physical in the form of all sorts of ailments.

The fruits of learning and programming your thought paths to HALT – STOP and hand over the toxic mental baggage will far out weigh the relief of physical pain and suffering.

We have been programmed to just heal and deal with physical ailments but until we deal and develop the internal mental and emotional health will we truly ever be healed and ‘well’ – I don’t believe so.

Rich morality is a sense of doing the right thing, not by us as individuals of what we think is right by what we need or want by the right thing morally, this along with a wisdom of experiences in life is core to learning how to deal with the negatives life throws at us.

In all beliefs, faiths and religions, there is a message
