COL-Motion is a well-known herbal colon cleanser and bowel support combination, originally based on a formula by master herbalist, Dr. John R. Christopher. We all know the importance of gut health but if there is a constant level of toxicity then there will be a risk of reabsorption of toxins.

We do not advise you to take supplements during pregnancy or lactating unless advised by your GP.
How to UseM/h2>
1 or 2 capsules to be taken 1 to 3 times per day or as advised. Do not take if you have any inflamed Bowel condition always seek the advise of a Medical Practitioner if in doubt.
