A perfect day to rest and reset can be achieved through a curated collection of therapeutic treatments that rejuvenate both body and mind.

60 min Hyperbaric oxygen therapy enhances cellular oxygen levels, boosting energy and accelerating healing, while targeted red light therapy combined with PEMF technology promotes cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and improves overall vitality with DET - Distance Energy Therapy while in the chamber this would be part of the Cosmic Blueprint treatment the report from this therapy will include a detailed overview of your Astrological path and will be emailed to you at a later date. Colonic therapy, paired with an enema and probiotic implant, detoxifies the gut, restores microbial balance, and revitalises digestive health. The Soul Alchemy which is more than a treatment—it is a deep energetic attunement. If you have had any health conditions that you are still receiving treatment for or have had any health conditions that you are not sure would be suitable for a colonic, please call or email us before booking this treatment to confirm if you need a GP referral first.You will also need a written confirmation from a medical practitioner to proceed with a Colonic Hydrotherapy if you are taking any slimming injections: Semaglutide (Wegovy and Ozempic), liraglutide (Saxenda), and tirzepatide (Mounjaro). You may also be refused if your blood pressure is very high.

Please note this therapy is done at the Norfolk Clinic. Timings are dependent if you wish to split the treatments during the day and visit the local town Reepham for food.

    How it's done

    • STEP 1

    • After a full consultation you will be asked to complete three documents: O2 Safety Screening Hyperbaric Intake Form HBOT Statement Hold Harmless Statement.

    • STEP 2

    • Before each session, to ensure your safety the following will be recorded: Blood pressure Blood oxygen levels Temperature Blood Sugar levels If any of the stats are not satisfactory, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. A check list is also recorded.

    • STEP 3

    • You will be instructed how to communicate while in the chamber and given your own sterile oxygen mask (this is given to you to keep and brought along at each session, if this is lost or misplaced a fee of £5 will be charged for a replacement)

    • STEP 4

    • Once you are comfortable inside the chamber it will be sealed, it will take approximately 10-20 minutes to reach 1.4 ATA. During this time you may experience your ears popping as they may do during a flight. If this happens swallow or yawn to alleviate the pressure. You must communicate if you have any discomfort or have any concerns, so we can address. Ear popping usually subsides when 1.4 ATA has been reached.

    • STEP 5

    • Once the desired pressure has been reached, the timer will begin. Place the oxygen mask on as well as the desired position of the therapy matt and relax. The Therapy matt will automatically switch off after 20 minutes but your HBOT session will continue for a further 10 minutes. Meditate or catch up on some Zedz! You will be checked upon to make sure you are comfortable.

    • STEP 6

    • Double cleanse follow with ultrasonic.
